ResizeKB is a small, free tool site, and the fastest way to reach us is email. Whether something is broken, something is missing, or something works exactly the way you hoped it would — we would like to hear about it.

Write to hello@resizekb.xyz. Plain text is fine; there are no forms to fill in and no ticket numbers to keep track of. We usually reply within three business days.

Bug reports and feature suggestions

If a tool misbehaves, tell us the page you were on, the browser and device you used, and what you expected versus what happened — those three details make almost every bug reproducible. Feature suggestions are equally welcome: describe the task you were trying to finish when the site fell short, and that context matters more than a proposed solution. Because your images never leave your browser, we cannot see what went wrong on our side, so your description is the only trace we have to work from.

Email is the only channel we operate, and we use your address only to answer you. If your message concerns a privacy question, the details are in the privacy policy.

How long does it take to get a reply?

We usually reply within three business days. If you have not heard back after a week, send the message again — genuine mail occasionally gets lost, and resending is never a bother.

What kind of feedback is most useful?

Bug reports with the page you were on, your browser, and what you expected versus what happened; and feature suggestions describing the task you were trying to accomplish. Both are read carefully.

Do you accept advertising or partnership inquiries?

Yes, you can send those to the same address. Note that the site's tools process images locally in the browser, so we have no image data or user accounts to work with in any partnership context.
